NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PROPOSED SPECIAL ASSESSMENT ROLL
SUNSHINE DRIVE OVERLAY PROJECT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 3rd day of September 2019, at 7:20 p.m. in the Community Room, located on the first floor of the Haakon County Courthouse in the City of Philip, South Dakota, has been fixed by the City of Philip Common Council as the time and place for the hearing upon the Proposed Special Assessment Roll filed on August 5, 2019, for the Sunshine Driver Overlay Project: Curb and Gutter; Concrete Gutter; Sidewalks and Removal; Driveway Approach; and Reinforced Driveway (SPN #14884). During said hearing, the Common Council shall consider any objections to the proposed special assessments by owners of property to be assessed for the improvements.
The Proposed Special Assessment Roll has been mailed to the property owners to be assessed; and, is open for public inspection at City Finance Office, located on 4th Floor of the Haakon County Courthouse, 140 S. Howard Ave. in Philip, SD, during regular office hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.).
