Public Hearing - Variance Request

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at 7:20 p.m. at the regular meeting of the Philip City Council on November 4, 2019, in the Community Room of the Haakon County Courthouse on the application of Joseph Millage for a variance to the residential district ordinance #11-201.a.8, accessory building setbacks.

Application has been made for a variance on the south property line of Lots 4, Block 1, Patterson’s Addition, City of Philip, Haakon Co., South Dakota, to occupy three feet (3’) of the required five feet (5’) for a distance of twenty feet (20’) for the placement a shed.

All interested persons may appear at the public hearing and show cause why the variance should be approved or rejected.
