Request for Engineering Proposals - City of Philip Municipal Airport

The City of Philip, South Dakota, will accept proposals from qualified engineering firms for engineering services for proposed development on the City of Philip Municipal Airport, Philip, South Dakota. Proposals will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. on November 27, 2017, and are to be submitted to: City of Philip, 140 S. Howard Avenue 4th Floor, PO Box 408, Philip, South Dakota 57567. Please submit six (06) proposals for the selection committee.

Engineering Services for the following projects listed on the CIP for a period of up to a maximum of five years from 2018 through 2022.

• RPZ Land Easements, Appraisals, Legal and Exhibit A Property Map.
• Design Hangar Building and Apron Reconstruction.
• Reconstruct Hangar Building and Apron.
• Design Reconstruction of Runway 12/30
• Reconstruct Runway 12/30

Proposals shall set forth qualifications, as noted in the "Consultant Selection Criteria for Airport Projects" to accomplish engineering services for the period of the years 2018 through 2022 at City of Philip Municipal Airport. Copies of the "Consultant Selection criteria" for this airport project can be obtained at the City Finance Office, 140 S. Howard Avenue 4th Floor, PO Box 408, Philip, South Dakota 57567.

The selected firm is encouraged to obtain DBE engineering services or provide “Good Faith Effort” for this project.
